Course Policy

Students will still be able to make course alterations before the third school day. If students need to change, add, cancel or withdraw a course for a refund, they will have to fill out the Course Adjustment Application Form (see Annex 1 ) and send it to international@mju.ac.kr. One can only get his/her courses adjusted after the teacher’s confirmation (if a refund is involved, please refer to the refund policy). Students will be responsible for any other costs due to course adjustments or withdrawal, such as textbook fees, accommodation, and visa fees. If you want to choose more courses, you will need to pay the tuition difference according to the tuition information.

The deadline for withdrawing a course is 5:00 p.m. on the fourth Thursday after school begins. For more details, please refer to the School Calender on our website. Students can withdraw a course by filling out a Withdrawal Application Form and submitting it to the administration officer in charge before the deadline. If a student withdraws a course, the student will receive a “W” on their transcript and will not be able to receive a refund.
